The ТE-30, ТE-30/50, ТE-50М, ТE-80М, ТE-150, ТE-200, ТE-200/100 general industrial electrohydraulic pushers are intended to apply to spring shoe brakes and other devices used for mechanization of production like frame and bridge cranes, tracklaying machines and railway cranes, belt conveyors, winches and other equipment.
The pushers can operate in the following climatic conditions: Y2, T2 and HL2, see GOST15150-69.
Protection level of the pushers is IP 54 according to GOST 14254-96.
The pusher should not be applied in explosive environment and also in the environment containing caustic fumes and gases which destroy metals, sealing and rubber.
Typical version of the pushers is suitable for voltage of 380 V. Upon request of the customer it is possible to produce pushers for 220, 220/380 or 500 V.
The TE-30 pushers are mounted on the TKG-100, TKG-160, and TKG-200 type shoe brakes.
The TE-50M pushers are mounted on the TKG-300 type shoe brakes.
The TE-80M pushers are mounted on the shoe brakes of TKG-400 and TKG-500 types.
The TE-150 pushers are mounted on the shoe brakes of TKG-600 type.
The TE-200/100 pushers are mounted on the shoe brakes of TKG-700 and TKG-800 types.
