The MRG-1 hand-operated hydraulic hammer is one of the newest types of mining and industrial equipment manufactured by JSC ‘Tomsk Vakhrushev electromechanical plant’. The plant mastered the production of this model in 2000. Nowadays MRG-1 is gaining wide distribution great by its advantages over the analogs and pneumatic pick-hammers. It is mainly applied by constructing and road-building organizations not only in Russia but abroad as well.
Hammer represents a piston-type percussive hydraulic machine operating under working liquid pressure. It is comprised of a percussion-distributing mechanism, a handle, a barrel and an end spring.
Advantages:
- unlike pneumatic hammers operating of compressor, hydraulic hammers are linked to any machine equipped with hydraulic system which provides mobility and high operational efficiency.
- MRG-1 can operate either from industrial oil of general application or water-emulsion liquid.
