Pneumatic riveters produced by ‘Tomsk electromechanical plant’ for many years are constantly being redesigned and take a worthy place among a wide range of the plant’s products. The IP-4009 (МК-4М) and IP-4010 (МК-5М) pneumatic riveters have become an integral part of installation and assembly works in various branches of machine-building and construction industries.

IP-4009 pneumatic riveter is designed for riveting of hot rivets with diameter of up to 19 mm, IP-4010 riveter – for rivets with diameter of up to 28 mm. Riveter represents an air percussive machine with drill valve chest working under the action of compressed air. The riveter is comprised of an air percussion mechanism with an air distributor, and a handle assembly incorporating a starting unit.

Advantages:

  • Starting device is mantled on the air distributing and air percussion mechanisms and linked to the chipper’s body comprise a vibroprotective spring system.
  • Reliable design of the hammer increases maintenance of an instrument.
  • Rubber cover prevents operator’s hands from over-cooling.
