Electric mine saw EP-4М

Electric saw EP-4M has gained wide application in mineral resource industry. It is designed for cutting timber of up to 500 mm in diameter in gaseous-and-dusty mines and timber yards.

Electric saw EP-4M is comprised of electric motor ED1K with a single-stage reducer, a guide bar with driven sprocket, saw chain and an enclosure. EP-4M is connected to a power supply via starting unit APSh.
Connector assembly RSh is used to link the saw up to the starting unit.

Advantages:

  • Its dust-ignition-proof construction allows to apply electric mine saw EP-4M in hard conditions of gaseous-and-dusty mines. Permissibility of the saw is achieved by explosion-proof enclosure.
  • The saw is furnished with remote control equipment.
