Upon the request of construction companies of Siberian region (including Tomsk city) and using the data of marketing research for rippers and chippers demand, along with the production of B-3 ripper, JSC ‘Tomsk Vakhrushev electromechanical plant’ developed new size-types of rippers: B-1 and B-2. Due to the efficient selection of parameters of air percussion mechanism, built-in vibroprotection and noise muffler, the B-3 ripper is exclusively suitable for operating and provides high production rate even when performing demanding tasks. B-1 and B-2 type rippers can be used for performing laborious and mid-laborious work at breaking concrete constructions, housebreaking and house reconstruction when chippers can’t be used because of their insufficient single impact energy whereas application of ripper B-3 with high impact energy (100 J) is simply unpractical as is not always required for such work. B-1 and B-2 rippers’ general specification is provided in the table below. B-3 specification data were taken as comparative parameters.
We are also planning to enlarge rippers’ size-types range. Therefore B-4, B-5, B-6, B-7 and B-8 type rippers with single impact energy of 120, 140, 160, 180 and 200 J respectively are being developed. Advantages:
