The ТE-30RV, ТE-50МRV, ТE-80МRV, ТE-150RV explosion-proof electrohydraulic pushers are intended to apply to spring shoe brakes of mine belt conveyors, winches and other material-handling machines in shale and gaseous-and-dusty mines.
The pushers are produced in mine explosion-proof version PB Exdl. The level of environment influence protection is IP 54 according to GOST 14254-96. The pushers supplied are filled with polydimethylsiloxane liquid ‘SOPHEXILTSZhM’ or polyethylsiloxane liquid ‘PES-3’ according to GOST 13004-77 suitable for ambient temperatures of +35°C to -20°C. Typical pusher version is for voltage of 380 V. Upon the request of the customer it’s possible to produce pushers for 127, 380, 660 and 1140 V. The TE-30RV pushers are mounted on the TKG-200RV type shoe brakes. The TE-50MRV pushers are mounted on the TKG-300RV type shoe brakes. The TE-80MRV pushers are mounted on the TKG-400RV and TGK-500RV type shoe brakes. The TE-150RV pushers are mounted on the TKGR-750RV type shoe brakes.  |
